Formula 62:
The Formula 62 System is a resonant vibration method for reducing residual stresses in welded or machined fabrications. Workpieces are subjected to low frequency, high amplitude vibrations for a short period of time based on the weight of the workpiece. This allows the residual stresses to be reduced to a much lower level where static equilibrium is restored. The resonance method is used by researchers around the world in stress relief studies using vibration and is currently considered an industry standard.
Formula 62 Unit:
The Formula 62 units are designed to provide continuous service even under the adverse conditions found in the factory or the field. Each unit contains all the items necessary for operating and controlling the stress relief of weldments and machined components.

Loadmaster 2000:
The Loadmaster 2000 table is the ideal compliment to your Formula 62 vibratory stress relief unit. The table is designed to the job of transferring vibrational energy to the workpiece a simple task. The twelve square foot surface is blanchard ground and can be drilled and tapped for hold downs. Adjustable air lift suspension provides isolation for small parts as well as big items while holding noise to a minimum.
